⚕️ Important

IronOracle is not a doctor.

It's an educational tool. Treat what it tells you as a starting point — not as medical guidance.

What IronOracle is

An AI coaching app for bodybuilders and enhanced athletes. It synthesizes information from peer-reviewed sports medicine, harm-reduction resources, and athletic coaching literature. It's the coach you wish you had — at 2 AM, judgment-free.

What IronOracle is not

  • Not a doctor. It cannot diagnose, prescribe, or treat.
  • Not a substitute for bloodwork. You still need labs.
  • Not a pharmacist. It cannot supply, source, or verify compounds.
  • Not a registered dietitian. Nutrition advice is general, not personalized clinical care.
  • Not infallible. AI makes mistakes. Verify important things.

Always work with a real physician

IronOracle works best as a complement to real medical care. Find a hormone-literate physician for any hormone optimization, TRT, AAS, HGH, or peptide protocol. Get bloodwork before, during, and after any cycle. Treat the AI's output as a starting framework you bring to your physician — not as the protocol itself.

You are responsible for your choices

Performance enhancement carries real risks: cardiovascular, hepatic, endocrine, psychiatric. Some are reversible, some are not. IronOracle exists to help you make informed choices and minimize harm — not to take those choices on your behalf.

If something feels wrong, see a doctor

Chest pain, severe abdominal pain, vision changes, severe psychiatric symptoms, suspected pregnancy, persistent vomiting, signs of stroke or DVT — these are emergencies. Do not consult an AI app. Go to the ER or call 911 (or your local equivalent).

The bottom line

IronOracle makes you a more informed athlete. It does not replace the humans whose job it is to keep you healthy.

I understand. Take me to the app.
