IronOracle was built with a simple privacy principle: your data lives on your device.
The following data is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device:
Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the PWA, or using "Clear all my data" in Settings will permanently delete this information. We cannot recover it for you.
When you chat with IronOracle, the messages you send and the context we attach (your profile, recent bloodwork, nutrition logs) travel to our AI provider — Anthropic or OpenAI — to generate a response. We use these providers under their commercial terms:
Per their API terms, these providers do not use API conversations to train their models. Conversations may be retained briefly for abuse monitoring.
When you use the "Scan" feature in the Bloodwork tracker, the image is sent to our AI vision provider (Anthropic Claude or OpenAI GPT-4o). The image is processed to extract lab values and then discarded by us — we do not store the image.
IronOracle uses no third-party tracking cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising networks. We do not sell, share, or broker your data.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your email and payment information per their own privacy policy. We retain only the subscription status (active / canceled / expired) and a billing email for receipts. No card data is stored by us.
IronOracle is for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor is using the service, contact us and we will assist with deletion.
You can clear your data at any time from Settings → "Clear all my data". You can cancel your subscription from Settings → Subscription. For other requests (data export, deletion of any server-side records), contact us at the email below.
