Terms of Service

By using IronOracle, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use IronOracle

IronOracle is for adults age 18 and older. By using the service, you confirm you are 18+. If you are using it on behalf of a minor or for someone under 18, you must stop immediately.

2. Not medical advice

IronOracle is an educational and harm-reduction tool. It is not medical advice, not a prescription, not a substitute for a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or licensed health professional.

You are responsible for your own health decisions. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any training, nutrition, supplementation, hormone, or pharmacological protocol.

3. Controlled substances

IronOracle discusses anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS), human growth hormone (HGH), peptides, and other compounds for educational and harm-reduction purposes. Many of these substances are controlled or regulated in many countries.

IronOracle does not facilitate, recommend, encourage, or supply any controlled substance. It is your responsibility to:

• Understand the legal status of any substance in your jurisdiction
• Obtain compounds only through legal channels
• Work with a licensed physician for any hormone or pharmacological protocol
• Comply with applicable sport, professional, and competitive testing rules

4. The AI is fallible

IronOracle uses large language models that can produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. Treat AI responses as a starting point for your own research, not authoritative medical guidance.

5. Subscriptions

Platinum subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of charge for full refund consideration. After 14 days, no refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Free tier features may change over time as we expand or refine the product.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use IronOracle to harm yourself or others
• Use IronOracle to give medical advice to others (you are not a doctor)
• Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or copy our knowledge base for commercial use
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our API endpoints
• Misrepresent your age or identity
• Use IronOracle in any way that violates applicable law

7. No warranty

IronOracle is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of information, or specific results. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided by the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of IronOracle is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, or use it in ways that create legal risk for us. You may stop using IronOracle at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated via email (for subscribers) or in-app notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of San Francisco County, California.
